1965 ─   Kaulin MFG. CO., Ltd, was established.
1971 ─   Our industrial portable bag closers hit the market.
1977 ─   A new factory was established in Youth Industrial Park, Taoyuan.
1978 ─   SINGER, USA, certified and begun to export our Two Needle Lockstitch Sewing Machines.
1981 ─   Introduced and produced the market of our Overlock Sewing Machines.
1982 ─  

Authorized by the SINGER, USA, to manufacture the 860 series Overlock Sewing Machines to export worldwide.
Technological cooperation with RIMOLDI, Italy, in manufacturing the 427 series Overlock Sewing Machines for exportation.
Union Special, Consew US, Blind Stitch, and other international company ordered for exportation in the way of OEM.

1984 ─   Awarded by and registed in the Bureau of Commodity Inspection and Quarantine, M.O.E.A. of the National Standard mark.
1986 ─   Designated by the CSD Industrial Coordination Center, M.O.E.A. as the only sub contractor of the industrial sewing machine center in the R.O.C.
1987 ─   The HQ moved to its present address on Min Sheng E. Road.
1991 ─   The industrial three needle interlock sewing machines were succesfully introduced to the market.
1993 ─   3-D examination equipments were purchased to improve the precision of the manufacturing process.
1994 ─  

Approved and received ISO-9902 International QA system certification from the Bureau of Commodity Inspection and Quarantine.
4-needle and 12-needle cylinder bed Chain Stitch machines, the VC008 series, were successfully introduced to the market.
1996 ─  

The CE certificates were granted to all series to Kaulin in January.
The multi-needle double chain stitch machine, the HF008 series, were grand sold to the market.
The subsidiary, Yilin Co., Ltd, was founded.

1997 ─  

Received the certificate of registration of ISO 9001: 2000 in June. The ultra high speed overlock safety stitch machine (700 series), high Speed cylinder bed overlock machine (700 series), portable bag closer (AA series), high speed cylinder bed chainstitch machine (C007 series), high speed flat bed chainstitch machine(700 series), multineedle flat bed double chainstitch machine (HF008 series), multineedle cylinder bed double chainstitch machine (VC008 series),etc, were developed and introduced to the market successfully. Also, this series earned a Certificate of Taiwan Excellence, M.O.E.A., which symbolizes the superior quality of manufacturing in Taiwan.KAULIN MACHINERY & ELECTRONIC INDUSTRIAL (SHEN ZHEN) CO., LTD. was founded in P.R.O.C.
1998 ─  

The horizontal evaluation of TPM was completed in August. Mergered with Tong Lin (H.K.) Co., Ltd. and SIRUBA LATIN AMERICA INC.

1999 ─  

The new series of L818, P700, and R007, were sold into the grand market successfully and all the series started massive production. The China External Trade Development Council granted a Certificate of Good Design series to our Overlock sewing machine series.
    The stocks of the company began for trading on June 2nd. A purchasing office was established in Ningbo.
2000 ─   Kaulin was choosen and approved by M.O.E.A. to lead a program of innovative products.
    Kaulin was going public on September.
2001 ─  
Lockstitch sewing machines for heavy materials, 2 needle lockstitch sewing machines, and electrical controlled sewing machines were developed completely and sold in public.
    The ORACLE-ERP system was brought in Kaulin as a major system in April.
2002 ─   Received the certificate of registration of the new ISO 9001:2000 in March. High speed feed-on the arm type three needle covering stitch machines, SC888 series, were developed and introduced to the market. The new models, lockstitch sewing machines for heavy fabrics, 2 needle lockstitch sewing machines, and the electrical controlled sewing machines, etc, were introduced to the market and sold.
2003 ─   The ORACLE ERP system formally functioned. Popularized the TP and 6 σ.
    Kaulin was selected as the Best Tax-paying Entrepreneur in Shen-Zhen in February.
    Received the certificate of registration of ISO 9001: 2000 in June.
    The horizontal evaluation of TPM was completed in August.
    Held a Product Exhibition in Guatamala. Thousands of guests attended.
    Selected as the Top 100 of Manufacuring-and-Exporting Entrepreneur of Shen-Zhen City in October.
    The 1st step of achievements of TPS was accomplished in Youth factory in December.
2004 ─   Kaulin was selected as the Best Tax-paying Entrepreneur in Shen-Zhen in March.
    Participated the SPESA Trade Show 2004 in Maimi, U.S.A., in May.
    Held a Product Exhibition in Maxico. About 500 guests attended, including the Taiwan Representative of Maxico Bereau and secretaries of M.O.E.A. and M.O.F.A. in August.
    The 2nd step of achievements of TPS/ LP was accomplished and spread horizontally in Youth factory in September.
2005 ─   Planned to establish a subsidiary in Ching-Dou City in August.
    A Ground-Breaking Ceremony of the new factory was held in Ning-Bo in September.
    Participated the CISMA 2005 in September.
    The retailing dept was established in Taipei in order to provide the services of Sales and Maintenance in November.
2006 ─   The direct drive  lockstitch machine with thread trimmer, DL889, was formally introduced to the market. in March.
    The members of Guang-Dong Sewing Equipment Chamber of Commerce visited the Taipei HQ in August.
    The improved models of the direct drive auto trimming chainstitch were revealed to public in September.
    In October, Kaulin announced that the Board of Directors had decided to establish a subsidiary in India.
